Texas Community Project is working to promote sensible, long-range planning to reduce traffic congestion, lessen commute time, and fight air pollution. We promote alternatives, such as light rail, better pedestrian and bike ways, and High Occupancy Vehicle lanes (HOV). TCP is also working to improve access to business, cultural, and recreational areas by all citizens regardless of economic status with better mass transit and site planning.
